COACHES
We use functional exercise - kettlebell training, bodyweight callisthenics, weightlifting and gymnastics - we work to increase your athletic ability in all areas of fitness including endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our participants come from all walks of life – students, business executives, stay-at-home parents and athletes. All of our workouts are scalable, based on your current ability; we make adjustments in the repetitions, weight, and distance so that everyone can participate and achieve. You'll find both the coaches and the participants welcoming, supportive, and committed to creating a fun group environment where everyone can succeed.
