COACHES
Our coaches are extremely results focused and pride themselves on being able to help their clients move quickly toward their goals. All of our coaches have been (or are) personal training clients themselves and understand fully how effective it is to be directed professionally toward their goals, they know how it feels to be encouraged, motivated and they have experienced the benefits. All of our coaches embody health and fitness, are committed daily and are athletes in every sense.

Services
We are experienced in working with clients of all ages, shapes, sizes and with a broad range of goals, including; beginners, weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, event preparation etc.

Our personal training services include;
One-on-one
Sessions are ½ hour or 1 hour in duration and may be conducted in the gym, park or other mutually convenient location.
Pairs & Small Group
This structure allows you to workout with your friend(s) and share the benefits, cost and accountability.
Personal Programming
Have us design a program for you that you can follow in conjunction with your Personal Training, Group Training or independently. Our Performance Enhancing Periodisation Plan ensures that you have the highest quality personal program tailored to you and your goals.
